Are you a young person between the ages of 16 and 38? Are you currently in Zimbabwe? Do you feel the need for someone who can help you to achieve your goals in life? Are you committed to building your own communinity and nation to become a marvel for other countries in the world?
If you answered YES to ALL of the above questions then you are a candidate for the Rabison Shumba Mentorship Program. This is program within the Greatness Factory Trust. By joining you become part of a growing network of young people who are out to make a difference in this nation by developing their own communities.
Notes on the Program.
1. You will need to download and fill in the Greatness Factory Youth Network Form. You can fill this form in and email it back to info (at) greatnesstrust (dot) org.
2. Prepare a motivation statement of not more than 500 words on why you feel you need to be on this mentorship programme and email it with the form downloaded on 1 above.
3. Once you have been accepted onto the programme, you will receive notification via the email address that you use to send the information above together with your membership number.
4. Membership is FREE. Mentorship group size is limited to 50 members at any given time. These will be carefully selected based on the individual’s needs and passion to impact communities as a volunteer and leader.
5. Face to face meetings will be arranged with members of this group to begin the process of life coaching and mentorship.
6. On completion of the mentorship exercise which takes a cumulative 5 hours per individual, a further 5 hours will be spent facilitating volunteer activity within the respective communities.
7. A special celebration for those who finish will be held for these community leaders who would have been diligent in following through on the mentorship and guidance.
8. Anyone in Zimbabwe can apply. Priority has been given to young people in disadvantaged communities and high density suburbs.
